As part of our ongoing commitment to stability, security and performance, Krystal Engineers will be performing maintenance to MariaDB on the server your account is located on. This will upgrade MariaDB from it's current version of 10.3 up to 10.6 which provides a number of bug fixes and improvements which allow us to continue to provide an excellent hosting service.

Email services will not be impacted by this work however there will be minimal disruption to websites that utilise database whilst the upgrade is in progress.

We will be performing updates to our billing system. This should only involve five minutes of downtime, however we are scheduling a two hour window for the work.
