This is now resolved. The problem was caused by a bad modsecurity rule pushed by Imunify360. We have disabled the rule pending a global fix by Imunify360
Imunify360 have confirmed there was a bug in their recent Mod Security ruleset update that was deployed earlier this afternoon and a fix is being rolled out.
We are currently aware of 403's showing when completing specific actions on WordPress and CMS-based websites such as saving a post.
Our team are investigating and we will keep you updated.
As part of our ongoing commitment to stability, security and performance, Krystal Engineers will be performing maintenance to MariaDB on the server your account is located on. This will upgrade MariaDB from it's current version of 10.3 up to 10.6 which provides a number of bug fixes and improvements which allow us to continue to provide an excellent hosting service.Email services will not be impacted by this work however there will be minimal disruption to websites that utilise database whilst the upgrade is in progress.
